How do I join Karass?

Karass is an invitation-based network. To join, you must be within Bluetooth range of an active Karass beacon. Create an account in the app, and when a beacon is nearby, you'll be able to request access.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link.

How do I export my data?

Open the menu in the top-right corner of the home screen and tap "Request My Data." A JSON file containing your account data will be sent to your email address.

How do I delete my account?

Open the menu in the top-right corner of the home screen and tap "Delete Account." This permanently deletes all your data and cannot be undone.

Why can't I find a beacon?

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. You must be within close proximity of an active Karass beacon. Beacons are activated weekly by designated members.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check that notifications are enabled for Karass in your device's Settings app.
